Recently, this idea of "listening to your body" has become much more appreciated and practiced. Listening to your body means listening to it when it tells you it's tired, when it tells you that it's had enough, when it tells you it's hungry, etc.
BUT it shouldn't stop there. Listening to your body is great, but there should also be a RESPONSE that goes with it. If you're body is telling you to slow down, and you just continue going 100mph...Your body is probably thinking: 😩😖😭
So, yes, let's continue listening to our bodies. But let's also start responding when they're telling us that something's off... your body will thank you :)
