Self Care for Parents

Repeat after me...self care is not selfish❤️🙌🏼 As a parent, it's definitely harder to make time for self care. And when we do, it's so easy to let guilt creep in and tell us that while our self care is benefiting us, it's not benefiting our kids. But in reality, the more we take are of ourselves and prioritize our own wellbeing, the better we're able to be for our kids.
